About the Author
Vinh-Van-Truong was recruited by U.S. Special Forces in Project Delta 1964-65 and graduated from the U.S. Air University, Maxwell, Alabama, for Squadron Officer School and Academic Instructor School, 1967-68. He was 213th Squadron Commander, 1970-71, 51th Wing Combat Commander, 1972-73, and Chief of Staff of Helicopter branch of VNAF Headquarter 1973 until Saigon fell.

Plagiarism at its finest

I didn't read the book, but noticed while skimming that at least several sections were literally taken word for word from another book I just read titled "SOG, the secret wars of Americas commandos in Vietnam" by John L. Plaster. Mr. Plaster's book was written in 1997, so it appears Mr. Truong had a close relationship with the copy/paste function in his word processor. As stated, I haven't read this book and probably won't. I don't care for plagiarism...
